This dynamic set of exercises is designed to strengthen the body, condition the muscles and tendons, and cultivate the internal energy and longevity needed to support deeper spiritual development and awakening. Unlike the gentle, flowing Tai Chi or Qigong styles you may be familiar with, this practice is more physically demanding and intentionally uses tension to build strength, resilience, and energetic capacity.
Participants will be guided through the foundational movements of the Muscle/Tendon Changing Classic, learning how disciplined physical effort, breath, and focused intention work together to refine both body and energy. Expect to engage fully this is an active, embodied practice, and you may break a sweat.
