Create an 8-bar verse sharing how you live your best life OR how we all can
3. Record Your Video

How It Unfolds
Submissions will be shared and celebrated within the community as they come in.
From there, a selection of standout entries will be chosen to move forward.
Final selection will be made by Lopaka Rootz and the Frequency Flow Fest team.
One artist will be invited to step onto the stage and co-create live at Frequency Flow Fest 2026.
Festival admission required for selected artist.

Submissions are open May 1–8, with the live performance with Lopaka Rootz taking place at Frequency Flow Fest 2026 in Mazeppa, Minnesota.
