“I discovered souls I had been looking for this entire lifetime. It felt like a sacred return to self.”
"This was my first Frequency One Fest. I didn't know what to expect so I committed to an offering. My energy to be used in a good way and for the good of all involved. I volunteered to work one day and I carried an unspoken wish to be able to express myself authentically and be seen, truly seen.
Frequency One Fest allowed me the space to move through each day by my internal guidance. I ended up working from Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening. By ‘working,’ I mean I had a designated space that felt sacred, allowed me to do what I do best — love people — and felt like home. I heard someone call me the Mom of the weekend. I am good with that. To me, a mom is someone who loves all, offers support, yet can hold space at a distance when you need to grow on your own.
I am still integrating all that happened. Some of it was beautiful, some was challenging, and all of it was healing. I connected with soul family. I found a place where kindness is currency and the frequency of love lifted all. I offered what I could and received more than anticipated. I shall return again. Much love to all."

“This wasn’t just a festival. For me, it was a sacred return.”
I came as a mother, a volunteer, a vision-holder. I left feeling more whole than when I arrived. The land held me. The music moved me. The workshops opened places in me I didn’t even realize had been waiting.
What touched me most was seeing it through my children’s eyes. My son and daughter were out in nature, safe, loved, and embraced by an amazing community. They were seen, held, and allowed to simply be themselves. That matters. These are the moments that shape them.
In the heartbeat of Frequency One, I remembered what it means to belong.
I am so grateful I got to be part of it."

"It was a gentle reminder of what home can feel like.
What touched my heart most was the truly family-friendly environment that allowed our family of six to thrive together and individually. The atmosphere was exceptional for all ages, from baby to adult.
Meka was phenomenal. As a homeschooling mother, she is the light I wish to bring to my children on my best days. The tent and activities kept my kids engaged, interested, and coming back for more all weekend. I found relief knowing I didn’t have to prepare things to keep them busy. They were joyfully immersed the whole time.
This is how we engage the youth: by letting them learn from us while we also learn from them, showing them brighter days ahead. The meditative workshops deeply appealed to our family, and gave us a welcoming, relaxing space to come together after a brutal year prior."

“It was truly a magical-like experience at times… grounding, yet uplifting our hearts.”
"As a first-timer, I came with an open heart and an open mind, ready to go with the flow and explore many genres of music.
The whole Sacred Sisters Sanctuary experience resonated with me deeply. The ceremonial cacao session invited us into breath work, movement, and even pulling a card. Morning chi flow was beautifully simplified for beginners and truly brought us into a heart-centered space.
There was something for everyone. From music, to workshops, to getting gonged three times a day! One of my favorite moments was the jam sessions around the campfire two nights in a row. They were grounding, uplifting, and full of magic.
The intentions and reflections private session with Sacred Sisters Sanctuary was beyond words. This festival was a truly magical, heart-opening experience."
