Frequency Flow Fest was featured on KTTC Midwest Access alongside special guest Cody Co, who joined organizers to discuss community, wellness, indigenous traditions, and the power of bringing people together through shared experiences.

Organizers shared how the event continues to grow while remaining rooted in community, inclusivity, and personal transformation.
