What this space is
Meadow of Magic is a family-centered space woven into the heart of Frequency Flow Fest. Throughout the weekend, experienced facilitators offer scheduled workshops and guided activities designed to support presence, creativity, and emotional awareness.
Offerings may include mindfulness practices, sound and movement experiences, creative arts and crafts, and activities that support emotional awareness, self-regulation, and imaginative expression. All within a supportive, welcoming environment.
Families are invited to participate together, joining offerings as they feel called and moving at a pace that honors individual needs.

Children are welcomed as part of the community. Not managed, rushed, or separated from their people. Meadow of Magic is designed to offer structure with choice. Inviting families to engage in ways that feel supportive and natural.

Meka
Main Facilitator — Meadow of Magic
Meka Leach, is a 200-hour certified bhakti yoga teacher, the youngest in the U.S. to complete this level of training. She's also a Harmonic Waves healing practitioner and Reiki master sharing sound healing experiences for both children and adults. Meka is the founder of Mindfulness with Meka, a children's wellness program and book she personally created to inspire mindful living and emotional awareness. Since age 10, she has been leading kids mindfulness classes, teaching compassion, focus, and the healing power of sound and self-love. Her sessions include sessions at Soder Wellness Center, Blend Yoga, Mindfulness, Sound Therapy, and Holistic Wellness, helping families cultivate harmony, joy, and peace together.
