Workshops & Intentional Offerings

Frequency Flow Fest offers a wide range of wellness workshops, movement practices, creative explorations, and intentional gatherings woven throughout the weekend.

These offerings are drop-in and optional. You’re invited to join what resonates, rest when needed, and move through the experience in your own rhythm.

Some sessions are created for adults or youth, while many welcome children alongside a parent or guardian. Dedicated family experiences live within Meadow of Magic, our space for creative play, imagination, and connection across generations.

There is no pressure to do it all. This weekend is designed for flow, not obligation.
