What is Frequency Flow Fest?
Frequency Flow Fest is a family-friendly conscious music and camping festival held in Mazeppa, Minnesota.
The weekend features live music, movement and wellness workshops, artisan vendors, nourishing food, and on-site camping. All in a welcoming, intentional community setting.
It’s designed for people who want more than a typical music festival: space to connect, move, rest, and be fully present with themselves and others.

Frequency Flow Fest takes place August 6–9, 2026 at Steeplechase in Mazeppa, Minnesota.
Early arrival and camping begin on Thursday, August 6, followed by a full weekend of live music, wellness offerings, and community connection.

Yes. Frequency Flow Fest is a family-friendly, heart-centered gathering held on sacred land in the quiet hills of Mazeppa, Minnesota. Families are welcome, encouraged, and celebrated as part of our community flow.
We offer a supportive environment where children, youth, and families can participate, explore, learn, and connect together.

Thursday, August 6 — Early Arrival & Opening Flow⏰ Gates open at 12:00 PM (Noon) for early arrival and camping setup.🧺 The Vibrational Market will be open.✨ Select workshops, special offerings, and community activities will take place.🎵 Main stage music begins Friday.Friday, August 7 — Day 1⏰ Festival gates are open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.🎶 Full day of live music, wellness workshops, and the Vibrational Market.🌟 Friday Night Glow Party featuring lights, flow arts, music, and nighttime magic.Saturday, August 8 — Day 2⏰ Festival gates are open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.🌙 Full day of live music, movement, wellness workshops, and the Vibrational Market.🔥 Evening celebrations continue with Lionheart Rising, Glow, Fire & Flow, and late-night community experiences.Sunday, August 9 — Closing Day⏰ Festival gates are open 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.🌞 Final day of music, workshops, and community offerings.✨ Closing gathering and farewell celebrations in the afternoon.🚪 Festival programming concludes at 3:30 PM.👋 All attendees must exit the festival grounds by 5:00 PM.For exact performance, workshop, and activity times, please visit the Schedule page on our website.
Can I arrive late to the festival?
Yes, however, vehicle access to camping areas (car camping and RV) is not permitted after 8:00 PM.If you arrive after 8:00 PM, you will be directed to park overnight and moved into camping areas the following morning.Please see our Camping & RV section for full details.
Is Frequency Flow Fest the same as Frequency One Fest?
Yes. Frequency Flow Fest is the evolution of Frequency One Fest.
The name reflects our growth, our connection to the waves of life, and a deepened focus on flow, presence, and Sacred Return.
While the name has evolved, the heart remains the same. A family-friendly gathering of music, wellness, and community held on sacred land in Mazeppa, Minnesota.
Who is Frequency Flow Fest for (and who is it not for)?
Frequency Flow Fest is for people who want music, movement, nature, and real connection including conscious parents, free spirits, and anyone who values a respectful, heart-centered container.
It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a party-only scene, heavy drinking culture, or an anything-goes environment. We prioritize consent, community care, and a safe experience for all ages.
What are nights like at the festival?
Nights are alive but grounded. Music, glow moments, flow arts, and community gathering under the stars. Quiet hours and designated rest areas help keep it family-friendly and supportive for sleep.
What can attendees expect in terms of the atmosphere and crowd size at Frequency Flow Fest?
Frequency Flow Fest is intentionally designed to feel connected, not crowded. With attendance kept under 1,500 people, the atmosphere supports genuine connection, spaciousness, and ease.
Rather than a massive, overwhelming crowd, you’ll find an intimate gathering where faces become familiar, conversations unfold naturally, and experiences feel shared rather than rushed. This scale allows for deeper engagement with the music, workshops, sacred spaces, and community throughout the weekend.

Is this festival beginner-friendly (new to “conscious” festivals)?
Yes. You don’t need experience with workshops, movement, or wellness spaces to belong here. Come as you are, watch, join in, or take it slow. There’s no pressure to participate in everything. The vibe is welcoming, grounded, and easy to enter.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets for Frequency Flow Fest can be transferred to another person.All ticket transfers must be completed no later than July 23, 2026 (two weeks before the festival begins). After this date, transfers will no longer be accepted.Each ticket is eligible for one transfer only. Once a ticket has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.🔁 How to Transfer a TicketTo request a ticket transfer, please contact us through the website and provide:Original purchaser’s nameOrder confirmation or receipt number (found in the ticket email)Full name and email address of the new attendeeOnce the transfer is processed, the new ticket holder will be required to complete the festival waiver prior to arrival.Transfers are only valid once all required information is received and updated in our system. We are not responsible for private ticket sales or transfers made outside of this process.
