At Frequency Flow Fest, we believe in the power of presence. Our Sacred Circles & Sharing Spaces invite you to slow down, speak truth, and listen deeply to yourself and to one another. Throughout the weekend you may find intentional gatherings like men’s and women’s circles, where participants share their stories in grounded, supportive space. You may also stumble upon spontaneous open mics and sharing circles, where the mic becomes medicine for a song, a poem, a prayer, or simply your voice. These circles remind us that everyone has a story, and every voice holds power. Come as you are, be witnessed, and leave lighter.
