This immersive journey invites you to slow down, soften, and allow the forest to gently guide you back into balance. We’ll begin by setting an intention and tuning into the subtle rhythms of the land around us. As we walk mindfully through the forest, you’ll be encouraged to notice the grounding energy beneath your feet, the scent of the trees, the textures around you, and the soothing sounds of wind, birdsong, and rustling leaves.
Each step becomes a meditation, an opportunity to release stress, quiet the mind, and feel held by nature. Throughout the experience, we’ll pause for grounding breathwork, gentle sensory awareness practices, and a restorative guided meditation surrounded by the living, breathing energy of the forest.
This journey supports nervous system regulation, deepens presence, and helps you reconnect with your natural sense of peace. No meditation experience is necessary — just comfortable shoes, curiosity, and an open heart.
