Recycled fabric mobile talking circle
Create a recycled fabric mobile while sharing, listening, and connecting in a supportive talking circle for kids navigating big feelings and challenging times.
This heart-centered workshop invites kids to come together in a safe, creative space where conversation and crafting flow side by side.
Participants will create their own recycled fabric mobile using upcycled materials, while engaging in a gentle talking circle focused on navigating the challenges of being a kid. As hands stay busy creating, voices are welcomed and heard. Offering space to share struggles, experiences, and feelings in a supportive, peer-led environment.
Through conversation, creativity, and connection, kids will explore themes of resilience, emotional awareness, and mutual support, learning that they are not alone and that their feelings matter. The act of recycling materials also weaves in messages of care for the Earth, personal growth, and transformation.
Led by Meka Leach, this workshop is a nurturing blend of art, conversation, and community. Reminding each participant that they are supported, valued, and deeply loved.
