A playful, movement-based workshop where kids explore breath, energy, and balance through fun and engaging qigong practices.
Qigong for Kids introduces children (and their grown-ups) to the foundations of qigong a category of movement and breath practices from Traditional Chinese Medicine designed to cultivate energy (Qi), balance the body, and support overall well-being.
In this interactive and fun workshop, participants will explore a series of active qigong exercises that encourage mindful movement, breath awareness, and energetic balance. Through playful exploration, we’ll move our bodies, harmonize mind and breath, and learn simple practices that support resilience, focus, and a healthy flow of energy.
While the delivery is thoughtfully tailored for kids, participants of all ages will find the experience engaging, informative, and enjoyable. These practices offer practical tools that can be carried home and used in everyday life to support longevity, emotional regulation, and lasting health.
This is an invitation to move, breathe, laugh, and reconnect with the natural wisdom of the body together.
