Family Constellations is a powerful group experience designed to support healing within your relationship to family, ancestry, and self.
Through a combination of guided meditation, somatic awareness, and group-based representation, participants are invited to explore the deeper patterns and dynamics that shape their lives. This work helps bring awareness to inherited beliefs, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics. Offering a new perspective on how we connect to our family systems.
In a supportive and respectful container, participants may engage in experiential processes that allow them to witness and shift these patterns, opening the door to greater clarity, compassion, and inner alignment.
Rooted in a blend of indigenous wisdom, somatic practices, and group process work, this experience supports emotional insight, connection, and a deeper understanding of one’s place within the larger web of family and lineage.
