Crayons, Chaos & Consciousness is a playful, hands-on workshop that invites you to explore your inner world through art, curiosity, and a little creative mess. Using simple prompts, unexpected materials, and light reflection, we’ll trade overthinking for making, uncovering insights along the way.
Through guided yet open-ended creative exercises, participants will explore patterns, emotions, and personal stories in a way that feels accessible, expressive, and freeing. This is not about creating something “perfect”. It’s about letting go, experimenting, and allowing your inner voice to come forward through play.
No artistic experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore. You might be surprised what shows up when you stop trying to get it “right.”
