Thursday, August 6 — Early Arrival + Special Offerings ⏳ Gates open at 12:00 PM for early arrival and camping setup. 🧺 The Vibrational Market (vendor area) will be open on Thursday. ✨ Select special offerings, workshops, and community activities may also take place on Thursday. 🎵 Main stages and music programming begin on Friday.

Friday, August 7 — Day 1 of the Festival 🎶 Full day of live music, wellness workshops, and the Vibrational Market. 🌟 Friday Night Glow Party — dancing, lights, flow arts, and nighttime magic.
Saturday, August 8 — Day 2 of the Festival 🌙 Another full day of music, experiences, movement offerings, and late-night glow.
Sunday, August 9 — Day 3 & Closing Day 🌞 Final day of music and offerings. ✨ Closing gatherings held in the afternoon. 🚪 Festival ends at 3:30 PM. All attendees must exit the grounds by 5:00 PM.

Yes! Frequency Flow Fest is a family-friendly, heart-centered gathering held on sacred land in the quiet hills of Mazeppa, Minnesota. Our RV camping area is set within the rolling grasslands of Steeplechase in Mazeppa, Minnesota, offering spacious, grounded energy to park your home-on-wheels while staying close to the music, workshops, and community flow. 🌙✨
Frequency Flow Fest is a boondock-style camping festival. This means we camp off-grid without permanent hookups.
🚱 Facilities & Water:
No on-site water or electric hookups — bring your own water
Coolers are allowed
Portable camping showers are welcome
Bring large refillable jugs
General-use coolers with complimentary water will be available
🌙 What does boondocking mean? Off-grid camping in tents, vans, RVs, buses, or vehicles, creating a connected, elemental camping experience close to the sky, stars, and community.
Camp Info 🏕️
No, you do not have to camp. Guests are welcome to come and go each day. However, camping is a core part of the Frequency Flow Fest experience, offering a chance to root into community and rest beneath the open sky on our new land in Mazeppa, Minnesota.
Camping Details:
Tent camping is included with all festival passes
No vehicle access to tent sites — bring a wagon for gear
Boondock style (no hookups)
Shared, unmarked camping areas — please be mindful and respectful
Car Camping:
Car Camping requires a separate Car Camping Pass
Spaces are limited

Re-Entry Policy for Frequency Flow Fest in Mazeppa, Minnesota
Yes — re-entry is allowed at Frequency Flow Fest as long as the following conditions are met:
You must keep your original wristband on at all times
A valid photo ID may be required upon re-entry
❌ Lost wristbands cannot be replaced

🐾 Animal Policy Yes — service animals are always welcome under ADA guidelines. Well-behaved dogs are allowed with the following rules:

Frequency Flow Fest is a heart-centered, intentional gathering, and we reserve the right to refuse entry, remove, or ban anyone whose actions jeopardize the safety or well-being of the community.

Creating major disruptions or disturbing the collective flow
Engaging in illegal, unsafe, or violent activities
Ignoring consent, boundaries, or festival guidelines

🎫 Ticket & Vendor Policy
❌ All ticket and vendor purchases for Frequency Flow Fest are non-refundable. Tickets, RV passes, and vendor registrations cannot be refunded under any circumstances, unless the festival is officially canceled by organizers due to mandatory state, federal, or venue-issued shutdowns.
🌧 Weather Policy: Frequency Flow Fest is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. No refunds will be issued due to weather, including storms, rain, wind, or temperature changes.
🚫 No refunds after the festival has begun, even if programming is delayed or temporarily paused due to weather or safety concerns.
🔄 Ticket Transfer Option: A one-time name transfer is allowed if you cannot attend.
Buyer is responsible for any transfer fees.
Price differences (ex: presale vs gate price) are not reimbursed.
🚌 RV Passes: Non-refundable but may be transferred one time to another name.

🔥 Fire Safety & Fires Policy
Fire is sacred and so is safety. At Frequency Flow Fest, campfires are allowed only if weather conditions and county regulations permit. We follow all local fire watches and Red Flag Warnings.
❌ If a Red Flag Warning is issued, no fires will be allowed anywhere on the festival grounds.
If fires are permitted:
You may bring a raised, portable fire pit for your campsite
We encourage shared fires with neighbors to reduce impact
A community fire is planned (weather permitting) as a gathering space for music, connection, and ceremony
