Sacred Return 🌿

What began as a gentle calling in 2019 ~ a moment of healing after burnout, hours spent on the grass listening to music, witnessing strangers share hugs and light ~ has blossomed into something sacred and deeply rooted. What planted as a humble gathering of 14 people in a living room bloomed in 2025 to a circle of up to 650 radiant souls, all dancing, healing, remembering under one sky.

Frequency Flow Fest is a retreat-meets-festival: a place where community, joy, and transformation meet. It’s for souls who have risen and fallen, who have known pain and longing, and who are ready to surrender and remember their truth. It is for the sacred shapeshifters who know that true flow lives in both movement and stillness ~ that medicine lives in the return.

This year, we step into a new chapter. With hearts open wide and gratitude in every breath, we are planting our roots in the hills of Mazeppa, MN ~ a place we are finally calling home. We feel honored and humbled to find a permanent space where we can gather, evolve, and grow together.

We come together under the banner of One Love.

One Flow. One Frequency.

Here, race, religion, gender, sexuality, and politics fall away.

What remains is a shared heartbeat: Community. Unity. Belonging.

Our mission has grown. From healing-centered origins to an expansive festival of love, intention, and sacred return. Frequency Flow Fest is a sanctuary, a homecoming, a celebration of what it means to connect deeply with earth, with rhythm, with each other, and with Self.

And this is just the beginning. As we plan for 2026 and beyond, our vision only grows brighter. We walk forward as a family ~ led by sacred sisterhood and supported by grounded masculine energy — weaving waves of healing, dance, reflection, and transformation.
