The Youth Zone Tent at Frequency One Fest is a playful, welcoming space designed for youth and open to all ages who feel called to create, connect, and explore. Throughout the weekend, this interactive zone offers a colorful mix of workshops and activities to ignite imagination and joy. Dive into Creative Play sessions full of art, games, and spontaneous inspiration. Learn new movement skills and get into your flow in our Hooping Workshop, great for beginners and seasoned spinners alike. As the moon rises, join us for a special Manifesting Jars & Meditation session decorate your own intention jar and settle into a peaceful group meditation under the night sky. Express yourself through Rock Painting, crafting beautiful keepsakes or messages of light to leave or take. On Sunday, the tent holds space for our Youth Circle a heartfelt gathering where young voices are honored and stories are shared. Whether you're a curious kid, a teen seeking connection, or a grown-up reconnecting with play, the Youth Zone welcomes you home to creative magic and sacred expression.
