FREQUENCY FLOW FEST LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

Event: Frequency Flow Fest

Location: 4813 E River Road NE, Rochester, MN

To enter the festival, a copy of this waiver must be completed and signed for every patron. Before signing, please read the waiver in full and be certain that you understand the implications of signing.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Frequency Flow Fest activities, including but not limited to:

• Physical activities: Running, jumping, hiking, climbing, sports, and other recreational activities

• Environmental hazards: Natural terrain, water features, weather conditions, wildlife, and vegetation

• Facility-related risks: Stages, equipment, crowds, and other participants' actions

• Personal health risks: Dehydration, heat exposure, hypothermia, and pre-existing conditions

I understand these risks may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge all claims against:

Releasees: Frequency Flow Fest, Rory Londer, Emily Thompson, Andrew Drish, and all employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives.

This release covers all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Releasees from any claims, lawsuits, or expenses (including attorney fees) brought by or on behalf of me or my minor child.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk

• I will supervise any minor children at all times

• I will follow all posted signs and safety instructions

• NO SWIMMING ALLOWED in any water features on the premises

• I am financially responsible for any medical treatment required

• This agreement is binding on my heirs, executors, and assigns

As parent/guardian, I certify that I will supervise my minor child AT ALL TIMES during the event. The minor may not wander unattended. I release all Releasees from liability on behalf of myself, my minor child, and our heirs..
