Yes. We offer payment plans through PayPal’s “Pay in 4” option. At checkout, select PayPal to see if you qualify to split your ticket or vendor registration into four interest-free payments. There are no added fees, and your spot is secured immediately. This option is available for both festival tickets and vendor registrations.

A valid photo ID and a signed waiver are required for entry — no exceptions. If you forgot to sign the waiver in advance, a QR code will be available at check-in so you can complete it on-site. Please note: signing waivers at the gate will slow down the check-in process, so we strongly encourage completing it ahead of time. Entry cannot be granted without both a valid ticket and completed waiver. Thank you for helping us keep check-in smooth and the community flowing.

You do not need to print your ticket. Digital tickets are fully accepted at Frequency Flow Fest. At check-in, our team will scan the QR code on your ticket to grant entry. You can show your ticket: On your phone From your email From your digital wallet (if saved) We recommend making sure your phone is charged or saving a screenshot of your QR code before arrival, just in case cell service is limited. Printed tickets are optional and may be helpful if you prefer a backup, but they are not required.

Tickets for Frequency Flow Fest 2026 are released in waves. Our first release is the Sacred Seed Ticket, launching November 1, 2025. Offering the lowest pricing before the full lineup and schedule are announced. The festival takes place August 6–9, 2026, with Thursday, August 6 designated for early arrival and camping.

No. All ticket, RV pass, Car pass, and vendor purchases for Frequency Flow Fest are non-refundable. Frequency Flow Fest is a rain-or-shine, outdoor gathering. Tickets cannot be refunded for changes in plans, weather conditions, or personal circumstances. Refunds will only be issued if the festival is officially canceled due to mandatory state, federal, or venue-issued shutdowns. 🔄 Can I transfer my ticket? Yes. A one-time name transfer is allowed if you’re unable to attend. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all attendees: You must keep your original wristband on at all times A valid photo ID may be required upon re-entry Lost wristbands cannot be replaced This re-entry policy allows guests to come and go as needed while helping us keep the festival grounds in Mazeppa, Minnesota safe, respectful, and flowing smoothly.
