What is car camping at Frequency Flow Fest?
Car camping at Frequency Flow Fest allows you to park your vehicle in a designated camping area and set up your personal campsite directly next to it. With a Car Camping Pass, your vehicle becomes your basecamp.
🚗 Car Camping
Car Camping requires a separate Car Camping Pass
Car camping spaces are located in a designated area separate from general parking/RV/tent areas
Your vehicle becomes your basecamp — you may set up:
A small canopy OR
A small additional tent between vehicles
Space is limited — we recommend arriving early and following staff guidance upon entry
👉 Important:
If you choose to sleep in the general parking lot, a Car Camping Pass is not required, however:
No canopies, tents, or additional setup are allowed in the parking lot
This area is for vehicle-only late arrival - overnight stays
Will there be showers and water at Frequency Flow Fest?
Frequency Flow Fest is a boondock-style camping festival, meaning we gather off-grid without permanent water or electrical hookups.
🚱 Water & Facilities
There are no on-site water or electric hookups
Please bring drinking water and large refillable jugs
Complimentary water will be available in general-use coolers
Coolers are allowed
Portable camping showers are welcome
🌙 What does boondocking mean?
Boondocking is off-grid camping in tents, vans, RVs, buses, or vehicles creating a grounded, elemental experience close to nature, community, and the open sky.
Can I camp next to my friends?
Yes1 We’ll do our best to place you near your friends or within the same camping area. Our team will ask about your preferred camping zone and help guide you to a space that fits your group.
For the smoothest experience, we strongly encourage groups to arrive together.
Camping placement is easier and more accurate when vehicles and campers check in at the same time.
If your group arrives separately, our staff will still assist when possible, but availability may be limited once areas begin to fill.
When will the camping map be available?
Because Frequency Flow Fest is at a new venue in 2026, the camping layout is being finalized.
A festival map — including car camping, tent camping, and parking areas — will be released in mid-May.
