Where is Frequency Flow Fest held and what are the festival grounds like?
Frequency Flow Fest takes place on private land in the rolling hills of Mazeppa, Minnesota. The grounds feature a mix of open grassy areas, wooded paths, and wide-open sky creating space for gathering, movement, reflection, and celebration.
The land is natural and uneven in places, with gentle slopes and dirt or grass pathways. Attendees are encouraged to move with care and presence, as nature is an active part of the festival experience.
Water & Land Guidelines

Please remain on marked paths and designated open areas
Help us honor the land by treating it with respect and care
What to Bring for the Grounds
Sturdy walking shoes or comfortable sandals
Yoga mat or blanket for workshops, music spaces, or resting
Refillable water bottle or hydration pack (hydration stations available)
Sun protection such as hats, sunscreen, or light layers
This land holds the container for our gathering, thank you for helping us care for it together.
Is the Venue ADA Accessible?
Frequency Flow Fest takes place on natural, outdoor land in the rolling hills of Mazeppa, Minnesota. While the main festival area is set within a more level, valley-like space, accessing and moving throughout the grounds may require navigating hills, grass, and uneven terrain.
Because of this, the festival may not be suitable for those who require consistent wheelchair use across uneven or hilly surfaces.
Accessibility support available:
ADA-accessible portable restroom
Designated parking areas closer to the grounds
Guests who require mobility assistance should plan to attend with a support person, as we are not able to provide individual transport or mobility assistance on-site.

Are there shaded areas or places to rest at the festival?
Yes. The Steeplechase grounds in Mazeppa, Minnesota feature tree-lined areas and natural shade, particularly around the meadow and throughout the property.
However, we strongly encourage attendees to bring their own shade structures or canopies for their campsite to stay comfortable and protected from the elements throughout the weekend.
Mother Nature is part of the experience, preparation helps you enjoy it fully.
